Having spent 19 years representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including bankruptcy, divorce, custody, child support, estate administration and litigation, contracts, personal injury, unemployment compensation, and collections, Neil Meyer concentrates his practice in estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, and family law matters.  After practicing for a few years in Georgia, he moved to southeastern Pennsylvania and practiced in Philadelphia for over twelve years.  Now practicing in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania , Neil Meyer helps clients fight for their inheritance rights and defend their fiduciary decisions along with guiding them through the probate process and settling estates.  He also helps clients by drafting wills and other estate planning documents to protect their loved ones and their property and to ensure that their wishes are followed after they pass away.

After earning his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania , Mr. Meyer used his Russian language skills by working as a civilian for the Department of Defense for several years.  He then earned his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia , and started practicing in the private sector after he was graduated.  Living with his wife and three children in Middletown township, Mr. Meyer is a volunteer with the Selective Service System.  In his free time, he tries to improve his budding golf game.
